How long will my order take to be shipped?

How long will delivery take?

All items are sent by registered post with An Post delivery service. Within Ireland An Post state that this service is 1-2 days delivery time. When your item is shipped you will receive a tracking number from us so you can track the packet on the An Post website and keep an eye out for when it will be delivered. For outside Ireland delivery times please see the An Post wesbite as the time varies from country to country. If you have any questions on your delivery just pop us a message and we will be happy to help.

Can I return an item?

We do not offer refunds on any items. However if you are unhappy with your purchase please do message us for a chat about it.

What is hallmarking?

In Ireland all pieces of jewellery made from precious metals have to be checked and hallmarked to ensure the metal is what it says it is. This service is a guaranteed way to ensure that the jewellery you buy is exactly the metal you want and pay for.

All Ava Jane Jewellery pieces are hallmarked in the Dublin Assay Office in the historic grounds of Dublin castle.
